Free Flu Shots for MIT Students and MIT Community

The 2013-2014 flu vaccine offered at MIT will protect against two strains of influenza A and two of influenza B. The shot also provides protection against H1N1. No appointment is necessary, remember to bring your MIT ID and if you can’t make it during the available times call 617-253-4865 to schedule an appointment at MIT Medical.

New Long-Term Care Insurance Option

MIT is pleased to announce that we have contracted with Genworth Life Insurance Company (Genworth) to offer you the opportunity to purchase group Long-term Care Insurance (LTC). Open Enrollment for Genworth LTC will take place from September 16 through October 4, 2013.

New Child Care Center

MIT's newest childcare center, the David H. Koch Childcare Center, will open on October 1, 2013. The center will serve 126 children; ages 2 months through 5 years, for full and park time week schedules. The David H. Koch Childcare Center is located at 219 Vassar Street.

By entering in your MIT email in the top right corner and then click “Log In”, you will receive an email confirmation that will grant you access to the site.  Following visits will only require you to enter your MIT email to log in.  By doing so you will receive weekly updates, and access to DiversityInc’s Web Seminars, Meeting in a Box and other valuable tools.
